H.E.A.L.
HEALTH, EXERCISE, ARTS, LITERACY (H.E.A.L)
Curriculum Description: This curriculum supports the life skills development of youth through art, literacy and exercise in our roller skating camps. We believe the core values and lessons taught will extend throughout adulthood. H.E.A.L is set to provide 10 hours of training a foundation that focus on the mental, physical and social development of youth. We will blend a combination of skating, art, and music to engage youth throughout the course.

SKATING
RBF focuses on using roller skating, a fun and safe activity, as a way to bring physical exercise and skill building to the communities that need it the most. It works all of the major muscle groups and can burn up to 300-600 calories per hour and is a way to have fun, listen to music and meet others in the community.
